- Pale straw with a shade of green. Fresh and very clean
- No hint of oxidation

- Buttery characteristics
- Malolactic fermentation with lime, stonefruit, lemon rind and apple cider notes
- Some lifted bready, nutty and yeasty aromas
- Buttery cashew characters
- Figgy fruit flavours
- Creamy palate to yield a wine of considerable difference
- Full flavoured
- Finish exhibits some yeast and sweet lemon butter with crisp acidity
